Ok here it is Day 21

Wow it seems like I just posted on here a couple days ago, but in reality time is just flying by. But lets get to the good stuff first . 276.4 YAY. I only had one of those progresso cans of soup to take to work today for lunch so I thought oh what the he** I am going to MacDonalds (its the only thing in this town). But then I stepped on the scales and was down some so nope I dug through the cabinet and found that can of soup.
I have been doing a home made smoothie for breakfast and I love em. But I need to buy some of that protein stuff to put in there, I think. What are the benefits of the powdered protein, guess I better go look that one up. I know I should be doing some carb and protein but umm umm those smoothies are good. Maybe I should make them my 6:00pm sweet tooth craving.  I haven't done much exercising so I know progress would be better if I did. I am walking to work when the weather will let me and I am going to walk to town in a few short minutes. So trying to get back into the swing of it. Guess I better get walking while I am thinking of it or I might come up with some excuse.

Day 3, 4 and 5

Well I started out strong Day3.  I weighed and it was 282.4 yeah down a few. Breakfast: English Muffin with some peanut butter, 1st break at work apple with peanut butter, lunch oatmeal, last break apple. got home and I was hungry I have to admit. But I want to eat the oatmeal each day to lower cholersterol. I really don't have a problem with it but it seems where I work wants us to have the LDL under 100. mine was 109. So I am hoping that eating oatmeal each day will have it lowered enough at our next test, the end of this month. Plus I walked to work.I also drink on diet bottle of soda and then refill with water. My goal is to refill at least 4 times through the day. Only 3 for this day. Now don't be getting to excited it is only about 7 blocks and these are not big city blocks they are small town blocks. But I forgot to take anything out of the freezer for supper so........ I ordered the $10.00 special Pizza Hut pizza's. I have to say I ordered 2 large. The hubby ate all but 2 pieces of one of them. He makes me sick. He is a skinny little thing. 5'8" and barely 170lbs. I ate only 3 pieces out of the other large one. I did have rest of the ice cream later that night but I had it early, not the normal 9 or 10. It wasn't very much either and now it is gone and not tempting me anymore.

Tues was jsut a flop we had a carry in at work for my birthday. Yes I ate like a pig so I am sure I gained the 2 lbs back. Shoot why do I keep doing this to myself. I can not say no. Homemade salsa and tortilla chips, Cheese queso and tortilla chips. Peanut butter cookies two of them. Gosh they were good. Home made paydays OH heaven. Two of those too. Yes I ate some fruit salad and some broccoli salad too. Doesn't take much for me to get way off track. I even tried to be good. I took fat free banana pudding with reduced fat vanilla wafers. Well atleast I did walk to work. But I did manage 4 bottles of water.

Today I drove had a lot of things to take to work. Fat free smoothie for breakfast, nibble on grapes, banana for 1st break, nibble on grapes. Oatmeal for lunch. Only 2 bottles of water today. Better get another one in before bed. I fixed baked fish for supper I took one bite and went for a salad. Making some veggie soup right now for my lunch tomorrow. Ummm love it. hate fish.

Day 1

Well it started out great! Determined not to stray (or at least to far) off the I want to loose weight path. Had an raisin english muffin with a hint of peanut butter for that needed protein, for breakfast. I had plans to go out for the day shopping with the girls. So while I was waiting on them to pick me up I went out to my gym. The garage. I have treadmill, exercise bike, ab lounger, hand weights and TV with VCR and DVD player hooked up. I walked for a few minutes and thought I was going to die. So I got on the bike till they showed up. I was determined only a salad for lunch no fries no fatty hamburger. Stores had little mini candy bars,NO I didn't touch. I grabbed a diet cola before I left and sucked it down fast. I limit myself to one a day, so now it is water. I got water on the trip and no problem with that. LUNCH oh no I can feel my self starting to waver. Please oh please let me say salad. We we stopped at a Wendy's ugh!!!! This is a fast food joint I never stop at. I used to really enjoy their Mandarin Chicken Salad but they got rid of it and I haven't stopped at one since. Getting a hamburger, not no but hell no. I believe they have the worst excuse for a burger that can be. Ok ya think I like Wendy's. I don't even like their fries I think they big blah tasting so choice was salad or baked potato. Well I know I do like the cheddar and broccoli potato but no go with a salad. I got the southwest salad. I love salads as long as they are good and of course you know the good is what makes a salad fattening. I had never had a SW here a Wendy's so he put the salad in a bag and the fork and dressing and I grabbed to go before I could say OH add a frosty. I here the male worker Mam you forgot you chili. I turn around with a dumbfounded look on my face saying I didn't order chili. He explains it goes on the salad. so I put the dressing on the salad and umm it is pretty good. I could do this again. So what about the chili? What the heck pour a little on. HMM not bad and dump the rest on. so I am sure that little ole salad just had my daily calories. Damn why did I put that chili on there I was doing so good up till then. so the next store had little fun size candy bars oh just take one for later. Then one of the stops had soup bread and cookies for us to sample. A friend tried the soup and her face showed it all. No need for me to try it. Now last week I would have anyway, knowing that not everyone has the same taste but this week just take her worked for it. So I skipped over the bread with no problem, I mean they looked like wonderful freshed baked rolls but bread is something I can leave real easy. But oh those cookies! I deserve one, I mean I haven't veered to far off so I took one, just one and I savored every little bite. Then I ran the heck out of the store. Sitting around here at the house at night alone. Hubby goes to bed early for work I get bored and this is the time I really nibble and I know this is the time that kills me.I ate that small little candy bar and then found another in a sack of my purchases. Yep at it too. Oh I found some tortilla chips sitting on the counter and I thought Heck I have messed up already so just go for it and get em out of here. Yep had tortilla and salsa. Then fell asleep in the chair. Yep all that went straight to fat. I don't feel I did too bad on this first day but I know I could do better. Hmm lets see what today brings
